System Requirements:
To run the simulator you need to update your computer with the .NET
Framework.
A CTS installer including the .NET
Framework can be downloaded from the download
page. If you have a fast internet connection this is the safest
option. The installer will check if you have the .NET framework and install
the update if it is needed without user intervention.
A smaller installer without the .NET is
also available in the download
page for user that already have the update installed (and a slow
internet connection). See the instructions
to check if the .NET Framework is installed in your computer.
You can also Download the .NET Framework from the Microsoft site use this web

or use windows update at
http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com/. A computer that has all
Microsoft updates will have the Framework installed.
